1. Dematting Policy: Our skilled students, under expert supervision, will endeavor to demat your dog's coat within 15 minutes, prioritizing your pet's comfort. If mat removal causes discomfort, we will recommend shaving the matted area to prevent pain, with additional charges for dematting services.
2. Dog Eligibility: We do not demat puppies, elderly dogs, or those displaying aggression. Owners are responsible for grooming costs, including dematting fees, regardless of the completion of the service.
3. Aggressive Dogs: For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse grooming aggressive dogs or those with behavioral issues. Owners must disclose any history of aggression or bites, accepting legal liability for any incidents.
4. Media Consent: By choosing our services, you consent to us using grooming photos for advertising purposes on our platforms. All images are copyrighted and must not be used for commercial purposes.
5. Amendments to Service: Should adjustments be needed post-grooming, such as trimming or facial hair removal, we allow up to two days from the service date for modifications.
6. Health Disclosure: Please inform us of any ongoing health issues or behavioral concerns before grooming. Dogs with suspicious lumps or bumps should be brought to our attention for their safety.
7. Payment Terms:
- We do not require a deposit upon booking to accommodate changes in learner demands.
- Full prepayment is mandatory 48 hours before your appointment through our prepayment portal.
- Please note that we do not accept cash or card payments onsite. Thank you for your cooperation.
8. Flea Policy: To maintain a flea-free environment, we kindly request that dogs are treated for fleas before their visit. Dogs with fleas will not be groomed to ensure a clean environment.
9. Vaccination Requirements: Your dog must be in good health and up-to-date with vaccinations against common diseases. Proof of vaccination, including distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, and parvo virus, is mandatory for grooming acceptance.
