Groomarts supports the recruitment and skills development of qualified dog groomers with an industry-recognised Level 3 qualification. As the Dog Grooming Industry moves towards regulation, it is more important than ever that dog grooming businesses employ groomers with a recognised and OFQUAL-approved qualification. If you have team members who are highly skilled and experienced but do not have a formal dog grooming diploma, then we would encourage employers to sponsor them to verify their level of skill and 'fast track' through the Level 3 qualification process in as little as 3 assessment grooms (dependent on learner and demonstrable experience).
